This might come as a shocker, but Google isn’t the only viable search engine when you’re trying to track someone down online. In recent years plenty of new and innovative people search engines have emerged onto the scene, some surpassing even Google in terms of their effectiveness. Although there’s no definitive one-stop website for tracking someone down just yet, there are definitely a dozen more ways to do so than there were just a decade ago. So, the next time you wonder what’s new with one of your friends or an old colleague you haven’t seen in a while, you can use these websites to track them down and find out.

Fair warning: stalking is an offense and you should always be wary of it. People have been prosecuted for stalking in the past. There’s a fine line between finding someone you’ve lost touch with and reconnecting, and passionately stalking someone online.

Using ZabaSearch

This is a relatively new people search engine that’s grown in popularity in the last couple of years. It’s eerily comprehensive and houses a lot of public information. You might be shocked to realize the amount of public data available on you if you perform a simple search on your own name. This might freak you out, but this website can be a real life-saver if you’re in desperate need of a phone number for business purposes. The index has both listed and unlisted numbers, as well as addresses. The founders of ZabaSearch maintain that all of the info is public so it violates no laws.

Using Pipl

Pipl is interesting because it apparently uses the “deep web” to find people Google can’t. Although we thought it was a gimmick at first, it actually returns some pretty useful info, including personal web pages, names, press mentions, etc. If the search you want to conduct is too broad or the name is too general, you can narrow it down by giving Pipl some guidance, such as entering the state or city.

Using Wink

Wink isn’t a regular search engine, but rather one which scans all social media for the name you give it. It will return Friendster, Myspace, Twitter and LinkedIn accounts for the associated name, in addition to other information such as their interests or even, whenever possible, their location.

Using ZoomInfo

ZoomInfo was built to connect candidates with potential corporate businesses, but it can also be sued as a tool for tracking people down. It lists a person’s employment history, their current job title and whether or not they’re currently on the lookout for a job. You can filter people by location if there are too many “John Doe’s”.

Using Intelius

To access most of the information available through Intelius, you’ll be asked to pay a fee. The site offers everything from phone numbers to complete background checks and actually can have useful information. I have purchased information from Intelius in the past and it did lead me to exactly the person I was looking for. However, I know the price tag (often starting around $40) can be off-putting, especially if you’re only casually searching or if you need to find information on a long list of people.

Conclusion

Using a search engine to track someone down is perfectly legal. As long as all of the information you find is public records, you’re not breaking any laws. Use them at your discretion, however.

Revo is an artist coming out from the tropical regional capital, Ho. The 25 year old rapper is noted for his ability to execute a perfect 16 bar verse with creativity and finesse. Premiering his first single after his maiden mix tape project “Body&Ego” is a song titled “PEACE”

We had a chat with the rising act so he can throw more light on his works.

Lyfe Republic: Why did you choose hip hop in an afro beat dominated region?

Revo: First of all I have to say that I didn’t choose this genre but instead it chose me because naturally this is what I do best and I do it with my heart. Also hip hop has been in the background for a long time now and it has now come to light or about to but either ways you can be assured that it will be here for a long time

LR: What do you expect to achieve with your music?

Revo: To inspire every soul who has ever doubted themselves, people who are confused about reality, people looking for answers, everyone who is on a quest for greatness. I want to be part of it all and most importantly anyone who is on the same wave length as my vibe.

LR: What do you make of the Hip hop scene in Ghana and do you have any favorites?

Revo: Ghanaian Hip hop is something like wine because it has come to be better over the years but as much as I listen to Ghanaian made hip hop, my favorite will have to be myself because ain’t no other rapper who can artistically arrange verbs and nouns rhythmically while blending in multiple figures of speech to make sense and most importantly to fit a subject matter.

LR: Let’s talk about your first mix tape project “Body and Ego” can you tell us what inspired the creative process?

Revo: The ideology behind Body and Ego was about how we tend to feed the physical desires of our lives more than the spiritual side. I think human beings need balance between reality and all the surreal shit that goes on sometimes.

LR: Are you currently signed to any record label?

Revo: Yes I am. Matter of fact look out for Guerrillas Music. We got some mad stuff coming.

LR: You dropping your new single “Peace” on the 12th of October tell us about it.

Revo: Peace is an amazing song I did with an amazing artist. It’s just about hope and love. I would love to hear all the comments, complaints and feedback so hit me on Twitter: @revothagod, Instagram: @revothagod, Facebook: Revo Music, Peace.

Personal hygiene for most women includes monotonous activities such as brushing, flossing, bathing, and deodorizing. And that is all. However, personal hygiene is more than just keeping bad breath and body odor away.

As a woman, special care should be placed on feminine hygiene care. Taking good care of yourself is an important part of growing up. Maintaining feminine personal hygiene not only helps you to battle infections and detrimental diseases, (In some cases, bacterial infections may lead to sterility, disease, cancer, and other health problems.) but it creates an aura of freshness around, when you get busy with your chores.

So, ladies, just spare a few moments to look through the following 10 steps to maintain your vaginal hygiene.

1. Wear loose, breathable, bottom clothing. Tight pants, shorts, or panties made from synthetic fabrics can reduce the air circulation around your vagina and cause it to sweat, which can increase your chances for odors and infection.

2. Wear loose panties that allow for air circulation or that are made from a natural, breathable fabric such as cotton.

3. Eat a balanced diet high in nutrition. A diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains such as brown rice will help prevent your body and vagina from experiencing infections or ailments.

4. Wash your vaginal area daily with mild soap and water. Mild soap will help prevent your vaginal region from becoming irritated or infected due to exposure from harsh chemicals found in antibacterial or astringent soaps.

5. Rinse your vaginal region with fresh water after washing with soap, then dry off immediately with a clean, towel to prevent moisture build-up.

6. Wipe your genital area thoroughly after urination. This will help keep your vaginal area dry and clean throughout the day.

7. Wipe yourself from front to back after experiencing a bowel movement to prevent fecal matter from coming into contact with your vagina, which can cause a bacterial infection.

8. Wash your vaginal area after sexual intercourse. Bodily fluids and residue from condoms and other intimate products can cause infection, irritation, and odors if not removed from your vaginal region following intercourse.

9. Change tampons, sanitary napkins, and pantyliners frequently. When these menstrual products become soiled and are worn for long periods of time, they can cause you to experience foul odors and increase the risk of infection.

10. Use menstrual products that do not contain scents or dyes, as these products contain chemicals that can be harmful to your health.

Are you tired of the daily grind? Worse than that, are you tired of your partner? Don’t want to walk through the door because you know you’re in for another fight? Feel guilty every time you catch yourself rolling your eyes at something they said?

Well, rest assured that you’re not the only one. Couples experience problems all the time. From newbies to those who have been together for decades, relationship troubles are certainly not new to the world.

Whether you intend to stay or go, you may want to consider giving it one last shot before making your final decision. No matter what you’re going through, there’s no denying that you once loved your partner with all you heart. Isn’t that reason enough to save the relationship? If so, you should consider rekindling the romance, and a great way to do so is to head off on a romantic adventure together. There’s no harm in trying to save what you’ve built together, and even if the trip is fruitless, at least you can say you tried.

Sometimes, all it takes is a little getaway to fix what’s broken. Take a vacation at these romantic vacation spots, and fall in love all over again.

1. Maldives. It’s hard not to feel love for the person you’re with when you’re surrounded by absolute beauty. The Maldives is one of the most pristinely perfect places in the world, and no matter which atoll you end up on, you can rest assured that it will be paradise on earth. From all-in resorts like Club Med to exclusive private islands, take your pick from the myriad luxurious and romantic options available to you.

2. Namib Desert, Namibia. Imagine ever-changing sand dunes as far as the eye can see. Minuscule grains of sand are being blown around by the wind, their tiny surfaces reflecting the sun’s brilliant rays billions at a time, shifting and changing the landscape with every blink of the eye. As you trudge over yet another dune, you suddenly see the Atlantic Ocean in front of you in all its cold, choppy, and harsh glory.

The Namib Desert stretches all the way to the ocean, and those who are unprepared will think that they just stepped into a surrealist painting. It is a place that’s unreal, untouched, and unfettered by conventional tourism and perfect if you want to fix your broken relationship. The harsh landscape will put things into perspective, especially if you’re able to see how raw and beautiful nature is.

3. Big Island, Hawaii. Hawaii is renowned for its rich culture, beautiful heritage, amazing landscape, and perfect beaches. There’s no better place to douse yourself in love and lust than on the Big Island, the largest of Hawaii’s eight islands.

The Big Island boasts everything from black sand beaches to a live volcano, and will be the perfect place to rekindle your love if your relationship is on the rocks. You can opt for absolute privacy and stay barricaded at one of the many luxury resorts or opt for an adventure getaway and indulge in hiking, camping, kayaking, and so on.

4. Chamonix, France. They say that Paris is the most romantic city in France, but there’s no denying that Chamonix in the French Alps offers unparalleled romance. The magnificent mountains will be sure to take your breath away, and there’s no denying that indulging in fine wine, cheeses, and strolling through the adorable town will make you fall in love with each other again.

Whether you want to take it easy and breathe in the crisp mountain air from your chalet or get closer to the sun by skiing thousands of meters above sea level, Chamonix will be sure to revive your love life in ways that you never imagined.

5. Seychelles. There’s a reason why Britain’s Prince William and Princess Kate selected the Seychelles as their honeymoon destination. Diverse coral reefs, pristine beaches, dense forests, amazing seafood, rare wildlife, and myriad ultra-luxurious resorts call this African archipelago home.

There’s certainly no reason why you can’t rekindle the romance here. Known as one of the most beautiful places on earth, the Seychelles offers everything from utter relaxation to nonstop adventure, so depending on what kind of holiday you want, you’ll get it.

Sesame seeds may be tiny, but they have loads of health benefits. In fact, sesame seeds are one of the most ancient foods on earth and sesame plants are the oldest known plant species to be grown primarily for their seeds and oils rather than for their leaves, fruit or vegetables.

Originally, they were native to India and parts of Africa, now however, many other countries are cultivating them as well. Although it is an oily seed, the fat content in it is largely the healthy variety, which is why it is one of the healthier cooking oils used across the globe. One can purchase Sesame seeds shelled or unshelled.

They were truly worth their weight in gold during the Middle Ages, and there many good reasons for that.

One tablespoon of whole sesame seeds has about:

  • 52 calories
  • 4 grams fat
  • 1 gram carbs
  • 2 grams of protein
  • 4 milligrams copper (18 percent DV)
  • 2 milligrams manganese (11 percent DV)
  • 87 milligrams calcium (9 percent DV)
  • 31 milligrams magnesium (8 percent DV)
  • 3 milligrams iron (7 percent DV)
  • 57 milligrams phosphorus (6 percent DV)
  • 7 milligrams zinc (5 percent DV)
  • 1 milligrams thiamine (5 percent DV)

10 Amazing benefits of the sesame seeds

Relieves Arthritis

The high copper content in sesame seeds prevents and relieves arthritis, and strengthens bones, joints and blood vessels.

Keeps the Heart Healthy

Sesamol is a compound found in sesame seeds and their oil. It has been highly praised for its antioxidant properties, and, while found in raw sesame seeds, its potency is increased through the seed roasting process. (21) This particular compound boasts many health benefits, including the prevention of heart disease, by lowering blood pressure and promoting weight loss.

 Keeps Wrinkles at Bay

Sesame seed oil prevents harmful ultraviolet rays of the sun from damaging your skin, preventing the appearance of wrinkles and pigmentation.

Lowers Cholesterol

Sesame helps lower cholesterol levels because it contains phytosterols that block cholesterol production. Black sesame seeds are especially high in phytosterols.

Good for the Eye

In traditional Chinese medicine, there is a relationship between the liver and eyes. The liver sends blood to the eyes to support functioning. Black sesame seeds are the best for this.

Sesame Seeds Improve the Health of Your Bones

Calcium is essential for healthy bone growth and maintenance. Our bodies continually take calcium out of our bones and replace it with new calcium, a process of bone “remodeling”. We need to continuously intake calcium to prevent the body from taking out more calcium than it can replace. Sesame seeds can help prevent osteoporosis by providing your body with much needed calcium.

Hair Benefits

Sesame seed oil is full of the nutrients needed for a healthy scalp and hair. See how to use sesame oil in your hair here.

Sesame Seeds Aid Digestion with Dietary Fiber

The high fiber content of sesame seeds helps the intestines with elimination.

Help Burn Fat

Fats signal our brain to produce hormones that make us feel satisfied so we stay full for longer between meals. Essentially, various healthy fats turn on your fat-burning switch by reducing ghrelin, the hunger hormone. Certain phytochemicals found in sesame seeds that are part of the lignan family are also known to be beneficial to your metabolism and body’s fat-burning abilities.

Boosts Metabolic Function

Optimum metabolism is key for overall health. It keeps the body strong and gives high levels of energy that can be used externally to perform work and internally for cellular function, sesame seeds enable as they are high in fiber and in addition, it increases mobility and activity, and promotes cellular growth. Further, they are also rich in proteins which are broken down inside the body, and the components are reused in multiple bodily functions.

Side-Effects & Allergies of Sesame Seed

However, like everything else, sesame seeds should also be consumed in moderation. Excessive consumption can cause bowel and colon irritation, which is in fact the opposite of what sesame seeds are ideally supposed to do for the human body. Further, due to the presence of THC, they can also show up in drug tests. However, this too is dependent on the amount that is consumed. Moderate consumption can prevent both these things from happening.

Q: How did you feel back then when it happened?

I was a baby I couldn’t explain my feelings, but I had the zeal and energy to move on.

The African Millennials, also dubbed “The AM’s”, is a Reality TV meet Talk Show with a
cast of about 16 millennials from various African backgrounds. The unscripted program
will shock viewers with its raw perspective on social issues that plague both the Black
and African communities.

The campaign images were released in celebration of the second season of the African Millennials or the AM’s as they are referred to sometimes. All things considered, the styles were pretty dope and the group shots were on fire. as they explored a regal look for the cast, giving us some Ankara, because we are Africans afterall.

The cast (Nestreya, DJ YB, Kristia, Bawo, Lucy, Acrown, Francia, Buki, Senami, Tayo, DJ Love, Milan, and KMS) were shot by Joey Rosado of Island Boi Photography fame and styled by cast member Senami Atinkpahoun

Much as being in a relationship is the sweetest thing that can happen to us, still not all relationship that has a beautiful beginning end up that way. A break in a relationship is such a sad but necessary realization. There are so many factors that contribute to this and in other relationships there come times where partners want to end it all without any concrete stand to call it a quit, this is when partners spend less time together than before, but sometimes a  break in a relationship is essential to bring it back on a solid ground. These are five reasons why it’s so:

1.Time for reflections:
When you have a break in your relationship, it grants you the time to cast your memory to when you went out with your friends and enjoyed some time with your family. When you read books or listen to music to unwind when you didn’t have to worry whether you partner called or not, and all the things you did when you weren’t in a relationship.

2. Weigh between before/after the relationship:
This is when you compare if it’s actually worthwhile to continue in the relationship or not. You’ll look at the times when you were not with anybody but yourself and your focus was to be happy and satisfied in life and when you were in the relationship, your thoughts were not only about yourself but also about your partner’s happiness.

3. Pick out the odds:
This is when you’re able to plan how you want to be treated in the relationship. What you could have done right and you never did. Find your strength and weakness in the relationship and figure out how you and your partner would have to continue the relationship as loving as it was from the onset.

4. Make new resolutions:
When there is a break, it doesn’t mean its over yet, it’s just a time for you to recap on your relationship and see where it will lead to, if you are to continue and also make changes if possible.
